Why Breeding?
Anyone who considers breeding any animal should consider the extreme consequences that come with that responsibility. Bringing any creature into this world without a clear purpose and goal is reckless and creates risks with any life involved. If you have an interest in breeding remember some key questions to ask yourself:
iMouse breeds to better the species of mice, to work towards perfect colors and coat types in mice. Above all, each mouse used for breeding is chosen for health and temperament. I also hope that during the process of re-homing and searching for those who would like to care for mice as pets will help to spread knowledge of mice and that they make such wonderful pets. iMouse has been fully committed to its breeding projects since its start. The care of every mouse is special and important in individual ways. I have a cash reserve for any emergency costs that I may come across unexpectedly. I do not start a breeding until I am fully prepared for every mouse involved and the possible number of newborns that will need my attention.
I have done tons and tons and tons of research before I considered any type of breeding. I would never have started if I didn't know as much as I could.
- Why are you breeding?
- What are your goals for breeding?
- Are you sure you can go through with the commitment?
- Can you care for all the babies born?
- Can you afford the vet costs?
- Can you afford all the costs of the supplies you'll need?

About Me
My name is Alexandria, but I usually go by Lexi. I'm 20 years old and studying at community college. I've always had a passion for animals and since the start of iMouse Mousery I have become the largest fan of fancy mice. Below is my story on how I discovered their wonderfulness. I'm a really friendly and outgoing person. My mice are my life and every life is so perfectly precious in every way, at least in my eyes. I hope to get to know lots of people who share my views and love for all animals and mostly mice :)
My Mouse Story
My love for mice came straight out of left field. I was thrown into this adventure by fate. I happened upon an abandoned week-old wild mouse in my garage. Such a helpless creature had now become my responsibility and it needed my care. I never named the baby mouse because I was afraid of getting attached. Sadly she did not survive, but I now refer to her as Dreamer. I believe that finding her was meant to happen because she has given me a tremendous new purpose in my life.
I have now decided, I plan to raise my own mice, work on breeding my own stock, and entering shows. I hope to learn enough to better the mouse as a species.
